SMART – THE LEARNING CENTRE, for Special Children.

Our special school follows the curriculum of a combination of normal syllabus along with Functional Programming for children with Special needs. The grouping is done for all categories of children with special needs between the age group of 2-20 years

• Early Intervention-LKG/UKG
• [STANDARD I] TO [STANDARD VIII]
• SMART LST GROUP: This group comprises of children with very low academic ability and we focus on training them in performing basic activities and life skills needed for daily life and basic meaningful motor movements ,hobby skills and communication.

SMART-THE MULTI-REHAB CHILD DEVELOPMENT REMEDIAL CLINIC.

SMART REMEDIAL CENTRE Remedial Centre provides therapy support those who are in normal mainstream school for slow learners and ADHD. Therapies include occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy and Special education. Early identification and intervention helps better prognosis. Remedial services aimed to develop the child's cognitive ability, academic skills, self help skills, effective communication skills and appropriate social skills. An individualized therapy program is designed after assessing each child's skill and abilities.

c) SMART-“NEELAM” VOCATIONAL TRAINING UNIT FOR SPECIAL CHILDREN.

Vocational Training Centre Vocational Rehabilitation is a set of services offered to individuals with mental or physical disabilities to find a suitable job that suits their level and ability. Vocational Education and Training, prepares learners for jobs that are based on manual or practical activities.Female students are trained in home based skills such as cookery skills ,home maintainence skills ,art ,painting and craft works.Hobby Development skills and self grooming skills. students are given training in specific income yielding jobs with the guidance of parents. Male students are guided in office assistance related works or self oriented business, with the consultation of parents. Prevocational Group: This group consists of students in the age group 14-18 years,both for boys and girls . The primary focus of training is on preparing students in basic work skills and domestive activities

d) SMART – THE OPEN SCHOOL (NIOS).

SMART enhances, the quality of life of children through Therapeutic Training and Education, to achieve their potentials, guiding able students to appear for the open school NIOS exams, net working with other special school since 2019.
